Token Staking

Staking tokens on Zem Finance allows you to earn real yield through our Zem Yield model.

Staking benefits all token-holders by temporarily locking supply, appreciating the price, building investor confidence in an index token, creating positive tokenomic feedback cycles, and much more. If the yield on staking is real, it has proven to greatly benefit both investors and the platform -- which in this case, it is.

As of writing, staking has not launched on Zem Finance. To view our development timeline, click here. Here are the tokens we plan on supporting for staking in order:

• Zem Token

• Zem Finance L1 assets (currently BNB, soon ETH as well)

These are official Zem Finance assets. As our DeFi partnerships increase, we expect to offer shared staking of various assets both on other platforms and ours. We operate for the benefit of DeFi and the overall Web3 ecosystem and are very open to sharing our platform with others. As our development timeline suggests, we expect to have non-Zem Finance asset offerings in Q2 of 2022. Although, more than other items on the development timeline, there is a higher degree of variability on the date of when this will occur.
